Onion Powder

Add a natural onion flavour to your curries, stir-frys, soups and dips without the teary eyed chopping! Nothing can substitute the aromatic presence of a fresh onion, but this powder comes pretty close. It is used to flavour a number of dishes, and some yummy snacks like Makhanas, Chips and Nuts! We dry our onions at a controlled temperature, before grinding it into a powder. 1 medium onion = 1 tablespoon of Onion Powder
