Black Salt

The pungent smell of Black Salt or Kala Namak, as it is commonly referred to, is purely a sign of the sulphates, magnesium and potassium present within it. As a result of the lower sodium levels and multiple minerals found in the salt, it is an incredibly healthy alternative to regular salt.
