Dried Tomatoes

Your good old tomatoes made more rustic, exotic & delicious! Dehydrated tomatoes are simply dried tomatoes. The flavour is jam packed in each bite. The tomatoes make for a great addition to pizzas, salads, chutneys and pestos :) We dry our tomatoes over a period of time, at a low temperature, in a dehydrator. This helps preserve the flavour, aroma and maintains the right texture of the tomato.
